You may return most items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the item:

Is returned with the original packaging, tags, and accessories.
Is accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.

How to Return an Item

Include your order number and the reason for the return.
If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Pack the item securely and ship it to the return address provided.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Decoration Nest is not responsible for returns lost during transit.

Inspection and Approval

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected. If the return is approved, we will process your refund or exchange in accordance with our Refund Policy.
